INSANE STORM SURGE on the backside of Hurricane Beryl HAMMERS Sargent, Texas

A jaw-dropping storm surge on the backside of Hurricane Beryl flooded the entire community of Sargent, Texas after the eye wall completely destroyed mobile homes and RVs and damaged many structures. The storm surge flood had remarkable flow velocity, with flood waters surging out of Matagorda Bay and into Sargent, Texas. Meanwhile, HOUSTON took a direct hit from Hurricane Beryl, and received over a foot of rainfall with some of the worst flooding since Harvey, but nothing close to that magnitude. Now, 10 tornado warnings are active in East Texas into western Louisiana as a textbook tropical cyclone-induced #tornado outbreak is happening. Turn around, don't drown!
