"Movement is my therapy"

Now this doesn't mean always moving in super intense ways and sweating buckets! In fact, actually taking time to slow down, stretch and FLOW can be just what the Doctor (or me) ordered ☺️

So here's a quickie for you to either do on it's own anytime you need a moment of calm to de-stress, or perhaps tack it on the end to another one of my workouts to help keep you smiling beyond the sweat. De-stress with This 9 minute calming movement yoga-inspired routine includes light and easy full body stretches for stress relief and anxiety.
