AIRGUN HUNT: Hatsan Hercules and the Pig

I return to a ranch in central Texas with the Hatsan Hercules .35 caliber PCP air rifle, to hunt hogs. This twin air bottle rifle uses a multishot rotary magazine, that I keep fed on a diet of H&N Grizzley or JSB Exact diabolo pellets. Hunting from a blind, I had a small group of young BBQ sized hogs come in, and dropped a little brown 50 pounder with a head shot. As you'll see, the pig was pretty much anchored in place!

Hatsan has been releasing some very cool new rifles over the last few years, and the Hercules would be a good choice for a predator hunter that wants to take the opportunistic shot at a hog when presented. This is a solid choice for a multi-species hunting rifle.
