What you NEED:
1kg beef chuck steak
400g crushed tomatoes
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup dates (or 1/2 cup brown sugar)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion flakes
2 tbsp smoked paprika

What you do:
Pop everything into your slow cooker, give it a little stir and cook on low for 10 hours.
Pull apart with 2 folks to shred it.
