The Rajasthan battle will now be taken up in the Supreme Court. Rajasthan speaker CP Joshi files Special Leave Petition in Supreme Court and the matter will be heard today.
CP Joshi has filed a plea in regards to the stay ordered by Rajasthan High Court against Sachin Pilot and 18 other MLAs. On the other hand, Sachin Pilot camp has filed a caveat in Supreme Court, so that their say on the entire matter is also heard.
CP Joshi filed a plea in regards to the allegations being made on him, as to why he took an action on Sachin Pilot and other MLAs. CP Joshi clarifies that he has only issued a show cause notice.
