Have you tried Room EQ Wizard to measure your room any time lately?

Then you've probably noticed that just taking the measurements is one thing.

Although even doing only that plenty of things can trip you up.

But it’s a whole other thing to know what you should look at and actually analyze the data.

That’s the problem Genelec is trying to sidestep with the GRADE report for their SAM enabled monitors.

GRADE basically is an automated room acoustics analysis that you can generate with just the click of a button.

Interesting.

But how good is it?

And who’s this for?

I had a look at their sample report on a stereo setup with a connected subwoofer to see what they’ve come up with.

Spoiler alert: It’s pretty damn good.
