Choosing a case for the Hubsan 501S drone - what a faff

As soon as my Hubsan 501S drone was delivered I knew that I needed a bag in which to store it. There are loads of bags and cases out there claiming to be ‘drone bags’ but most of these are not specifically designed for drones. Most of these so called drone bags are nothing more than generic photography equipment bags that are falsely advertised.

These generic ‘drone bags’ are useful to keep the drone, controller, batteries and all the other bits and pieces together in one place, but they aren’t any good for anything else. These bags are not very protective, they don’t have separate compartments and when you carry your drone and all the equipment it all rattles around inside.
I wanted a case that was not only specifically made for drones, but a case that was made specifically for the Hubsan 501S drone. I wanted a hard case that was protective, had good padding, had separate compartments and a case that I could carry around knowing my drone is safe and secure.
