to make all this you will need;-

sushi rice 800g
water 800ml
200ml rice wine vinegar
75ml mirin
60g sugar
12g salt
nori seaweed
mayo
sriracha
soy sauce
black pepper
spring onions
cucumber
prawns
panko
flour
eggs
salmon
tuna
sesame seeds
sharp knife
