A fun cover of Joe Satriani's Cool #9. Always fun playing with these guys. Finally got the time to cover this song.

Video and Audio Guy's notes:
Shot on the BMPCC in CinemaDNG RAW on a Steadicam Solo. This was the first thing I shot with the Solo, after only two days of light practice, so I was still quite terrible with it, which is why the video is so wobbly and badly framed. Hopefully I'll suck less next time.

The lens used was a MIR-11m 12mm/f2 at f4 for better sharpness and deeper depth of field (since I can't really pull focus on the Steadicam). ISO was 1600 to compensate for the smaller aperture.

I used a 2.2:1 aspect ratio instead of my preferred 2.4:1 due to the narrowness of the room, and my crappy Steadicam framing.

Upscaled to UHD to get more bitrate out of YouTube.

Color graded in DaVinci Resolve 14.

Audio was mixed in Logic Pro X using plugins from iZotope and Waves in addition to Logic's own.
