Josh Rimer sits down with Andrew, a graduate of the posAbilities Employment Service, to find out just how he managed to land himself a job. Over coffee, the two of them discuss how the posAbilities Employment Service equipped him with the skills to be successful in the workforce. Andrew has worked at McDonald's for over a year, and during this time he has made enough money to go Las Vegas (twice), and purchase his very own iPhone 5. As evidence in the video, Josh is a little hungry (and maybe a little jealous) so he puts Andrew to the test by ordering some food off of the menu for Andrew to cook!
