Please be aware that finding your way to the places in this video might involve taking dust or bad paved roads. Best is to prepare using Google Maps since proper signing showing the way to a certain spot is not common on Lesvos.

During our 14 day visit to Lesvos we had a pleasant stay at the Marilena Hotel "near" Molyvos (it is best to go to Molyvos by car, it is quite a walk).
The staff is very friendly and will always try to help you.
The rooms are not that luxurious (they are clean but modestly equipped). The bathroom allows to take a shower but it only has a small showering area of 1x1 meter only covered with a curtain. Expect a fully wet bathroom floor after taking a shower.

To get to the places mentioned in this video you definitly nead a car (4WD is not required but take care). We picked up our rental car at Mytilini airport (pre-booked via Sunny Cars and actually supplied onsite by Budget/Herz directly from the airport arrival terminal).

Men, did I hate shooting with a smartphone and editing editing its VFR footage ;-). This VFR seems to spoil at least some footage by introducing "frame jumping" and artifacts every now and then. This might also be due to the VFR source files used with HEVC CFR (not changeable) export.
