Paul and Doriane's Burundi Wedding

Paul and Doriane were married (over several events) in September, 2018 in beautiful Bujumbura, Burundi, along the shores of Lake Tanganyika.

Their story is sweet and their awe for the blessings they received in each other was inspiring.

The drummers, flowers, dresses songs and narrative were something else! And worth watching 17 minutes of their celebration.

Paul and Doriane, as well as Doriane's family and friends were incredibly gracious hosts. The delicious food and abundant fresh fruit made it painful to come home. Our Yakima friends loved being able to experience with all of our senses all the richness of the week we had with our dear friend Paul and his beautiful bride. And I hope in this video you get to experience just a taste of it all too. So enjoy!
