Helldivers 2 - realizing there is a blatant cheater in my game

Looking back at it now, I wonder why didn't the host kick P4. Also, I thought it was the fire stunning the guy but I think it's just the cookout and he's getting hit by a shotgun that's causing their character to ragdoll. Apologies for the frame-rate issue, I've been noticing some performance issues after the patch.
