Day 4 (Part 2 of 2) of my 15-day holiday journey through 5 countries!

I tried visiting the Christmas market in Helsinki to only find out that it finished yesterday! Damn, I missed it, but at least I got to walk around the city. As you know from my extreme foot usage with badminton plus over 15,000 steps a day, that’s almost over 100,000 steps a week in London, I tried to approach the pharmacist in Helsinki and see what she recommends. The trip is not over, and tomorrow is a big day, lots of walking and still another 3 more countries to go!
