✓ Healthy Falafel Wraps, how can Falafel Wraps be healthy you may ask? Falafel are usually fried.........but here they have been baked, hence healthy!!! + the pickles and sauerkraut that you see being served are healthy "probiotic" and in a traditional "homemade style" made by Master Pickle producer Vadasz Deli.

They take a homemade wholemeal pitta bread pocket which is filled with hummus (humus), organic kale, the baked falafel and a generous portion from the wide selection of sauerkraut and pickled veg. They also do a vegan falafel burger and a gluten free salad box (without the pitta), we could not ask for more because this food is Healthy, Vegetarian, Vegan and Delicious!!!

We didn't get a chance to try their "Falafel Burger" on this visit...........but this is more of a reason to return, wink wink ;-)

As you perhaps know, the street food experience should not only be about the food; but it should also be about the person making and serving it; so we are not only fascinated by the food here, but also intrigued by the mysterious and interesting person behind the counter.........the accent, that "knowing" look with the twinkle in his eye, the smile, the smart dapper clothing...........it all adds up to a worldly wise person who knows what kind of food he wants to serve to the health conscious people of this world.

The sauerkraut, kimchi and pickles are traditionally cured using English cabbage, natural salt and spices. The variety you see on the stall are:
Traditional Sauerkraut.
Sauerkraut with Dill and Garlic.
Spicy Korean Kimchi (without fish paste).
Beetroot with Ginger, Turmeric and Fennel.
Red Cabbage.
Fennel with Mustard Seeds and Anise.
Hot Roots" (root vegetables pickled with Scotch Bonnet).
"Bread and Butter Pickle" (cucumber with Mustard, Dill and Cucumber.
Cauliflower and Carrots.
Different sizes of Sour Cucumbers (Gherkins).
Mini Hot Chilli Peppers.

Additionally if you're struggling to get your recommended "5 a day" allowance then a visit to this street food stall should help you easily with your intake target !!!
