Anything that has to do with email, then some action happens. Example: If Mike sends you an email then do something else with it. Either send it to a folder, delete it or more.
You can automate many things with Zoho email and you can integrate it and find different triggers.
Example: send a copy of your SMS to Zoho mail. (every time you get a text from a client and you want it to be part of the record, you can send it as an email and then upload it as a part of the file )
From a Real Estate perspective- you have a lot of things going on and you can automate some things . Example : you met a buyer client for the first time, if they said yes I want to work with you, then get buyer representation agreement signed.
Find those items that you don't like to do and see if you can automate them.
