Could THIS be the BEST WAY to make TACOS... out of plants?
I was recently in LA and stopped at Puesto to have some tacos... a few times and they had these vegetable tacos that were out of this world.. now I got them without the dairy but I kept seeing people get them wrapped in cheese with this cheesy creamy like filling that I wanted to try, so I did my best to recreate them and I think I did!!


These tacos are loaded with potatoes, squash, onions, peppers, vegan cheese and cactus... and they were sooooo good!! I think they were some of the greatest honestly!
