Busselton - great beach side vacation area for the whole family, even the dog.

We had been to Busselton for New Years Eve not realising that it was. After realising we drove a short distance out of town and found this little parking spot just out of town to park up for the night. We would drive back into Busselton during the day to walk around town, eat in cafe's and bath on the beach near the famous Busselton Jetty.

Busselton beaches are so crystal clear and the sand white, you can see the fish swimming around you.

Such a beautiful spot to take your family and have a picnic by the beach. If your looking at traveling to Busselton for a holiday, would strongly advise to book well in advance cause everything is booked out during the summer months.

Pack your snorkel cause the water is calm and clear making it ideal to see the bottom of the ocean.

There is also a fenced of are in the water near to the jetty with a dog beach only a short stroll.

There is so much for the kids to do from a large play area on the grass close to the beach, to the water play ground in the water.

How lucky we are in Western Australia that we are free to look and travel around our beautiful state without masks and no lockdown like other states are having to deal and cope with.

There are some parking bays not far out of town along near the ocean and on the highways you can park up for the night as "No Camping Signs" are present through out the town.

The VAN ...

Tonka and I have now only been on the road living full time in my DIY Kia Pregio, selling everything I own, packing my bags in the quest to travel, explore and meet new people while on the road. I'm a mother of 3 amazing kids (all grown) and a grandmother of 2 with more to come in the new year.

Tonka Tuff is a Jack Russell pup born on the 1st April 2020, travels with me full time. Due to the Corona Virus we are only staying in Western Australia. COVID has not really affected Western Australia as our borders had been closed very early on, helping control the virus more quickly.
We are free to travel within our state.

Hopefully in the very near future, we will be able to go into other states and explore this beautiful country we call home.

$1,900 I tried to utilise furniture and items from my home Currently have a 138 Battery from 4WD Superstore with a 1,500 inverter which powers my laptop and slow cooker.
