• Chicken thighs or chicken breast
• Soy sauce
• Oil
• Garlic
• Onion
• Carrot
• Cabbage
• Eggs (2)
• Chilli paste
• Salt
• Tomato sauce
• Spring onions
• Cooked rice
• Fried egg (to serve)

👩‍🍳 Steps

1️⃣ Add chicken to a bowl, mix with soy sauce, and set aside.
2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, cook the chicken until done. Remove and keep aside.
3️⃣ In the same pan, add oil, garlic, onion, carrot, and cabbage. Sauté well.
4️⃣ Add 2 eggs and scramble with the veggies.
5️⃣ Add soy sauce, chilli paste, salt, and a little tomato sauce. Mix well.
6️⃣ Add spring onions and the cooked chicken.
7️⃣ Add cooked rice and mix everything together evenly.
8️⃣ Serve hot with a fried egg on top 🍳😋
