Atlanta rapper J.I.D. dropped his debut album 'The Never Story' and set the internet on fire. After signing with J. Cole's Dreamville Records, J.I.D. started buzzing. In spite of what you may have seen on Noisey's documentaries on Atlanta hip hop, the city has a different sound than what is typically advertised or promoted. The East Atlanta rapper brings something different and refreshing to the city but how does it measure up with us?
