Watch Chef Jean Pierre create a Filet Mignon with Wild Mushrooms and Rosemary Potatoes main course. From the mid-1990's hit PBS Cooking Series "Sunshine Cuisine". This is a dish featured on the Sunshine Cuisine Main Courses VHS Collection released in the early 1990's by WBPT in Miami, the station that produced this national series for PBS.

Sorry to say that the producers did not include the chocolate cake CJP mentions in this segment among the footage included in the "Sunshine Cuisine Main Courses" collection. Not sure why, but perhaps CJP can do that one as a new segment on his channel someday.

I was the composer on the series, writing the main theme and all the incidental music heard on the show.
