Rhynchostylis gigantea, known for their strong fragrance. I have seen them just hanging somewhere by a store or on a tree when i was traveling Vietnam and Indonesia and they seemed to be doing just fine. After growing my two rhynchostylis for more than two yeas without ever seeing them in bloom, i thought they would never bloom for in Germanys climate. So I was quite suprised and much delighted when I saw the spikes emerging.
