Action has been taken against gangster Bhure, accused of illegal recovery of lakhs of rupees every month from Daggamar buses in Gajraula of Amroha. The police-administration has sealed Bhure's movable and immovable property worth Rs.94.97 lakh. Before the action, the police got the drums released from the drums and carried out the attachment in the presence of the people around. During this, heavy police force and officials of the revenue department were present.
Superintendent of Police Aditya Langhe said that on Thursday, CO Dhanaura Arun Kumar, Tehsildar Bhagat Singh and Gajraula, Hasanpur police station took action against gangster Bhure alias Javed under the Gangster Act. Under the Gangster Act, his movable and immovable property worth about 94.97 lakhs was attached in the presence of local people by making them accompaniment with drums and drums. Also told that gangster Bhure, this property was acquired by stealing illegally for many years by extortion.
A plot of 236.17 sqm in Gangster Bhure's Kasba Gajraula with an estimated cost of 45 lakhs and a house built on it with an estimated cost of 32 lakhs. In Sihali Jagir, one plot of 67.20 sqm with an estimated value of 6.72 lakhs and a house built on it worth 10.79 lakhs was confiscated. A case related to illegal recovery and gangster has been registered against the accused at the Gajraula police station. Gangster Act action was taken by the police against gangster Bhure. After which action for confiscation of property has been taken against the accused under Section 14(1) of the Gangster Act.
