Steam in The New Forest

I started the day by finding the Foden steam bus 11340 "puffin Billy" on her way out of Southampton from her trip down from Horsham and follow her to Landford where we find Burrell 2894 "Pride of Worchester" and watch her leave to join the others ready at the first pub!

We then watched the four enignes ( Burrell 3896 "Earl Beatty" and Marshall 68632 "Ben Lomond" already at the pub) make the climb out of nomans land and towards the lunch stop at lyndhurst.

The next place we watch them is making the climb from under the A31 towards bolderwood and then watching "Earl Beatty" passing through the forest towards the main road!

The last clips show the bus passing the pub where Burrell 3526 "lighting II" has been at after the morning work of tube expanding and then having snapped the A frame on the living van they had being towing, once the A frame was repaired the joined the rest of the engines at the other night stop at "The New Forest Park Hotel"
