Shankhari Bazar (Durga Puja 2021) Walking Tour, Dhaka Bangladesh (4K)

One of the oldest areas in Old Dhaka, it stretches along a narrow lane, lined with richly decorated brick buildings, built during the late Mughal or Colonial period.

This walking tour was shot during the Durga Puja religious festival celebrated by the area's predominantly Hindu population. You will see many pandals constructed above this narrow alley where religious rituals are carried out.

Mixed with music, fire and smoke it will overwhelm the senses and this walk gives just a taste of the real experience.
