Today, I want to share about the power of nature and being outside.


I also want to share some footage of the space that my wife and I have created over the past 13 years in our garden.


I have found my garden and being outside so healing in terms of healing trauma.


As a 14 year old after the death of a friend I spent 2-3 months in the woods every day building a den and hanging out in the woods.


More than anything else this is what helped me to heal.


So today I share some of my stories and some of our garden.
