No A/c. Air conditioner blowing warm air. Hvac service call.
On this service call for no cooling, I found the unit was tripped on high pressure lockout. Looked at the condenser section and found a fan blade had struck something causing it to break a fan blade off and bend the other 2 fan blades. Also found the fan motor bracket had broke on 1 of 4 legs which could be the reason the fan blade hit something if the bracket had broke first. The bracket was also cracking at the mounts at the unit. The fan motor shaft was also very loose. The only available parts were the blade and one bracket mount which was all I needed to make a repair and get Air conditioning to the stores dining room.
