Cheesy Double Decker Quesatostada

Ingredients
Corn Tortillas (Pick the thicker ones)
Shredded Chicken or your favorite protein
Cheese (Mexican and Mozzarella blend)
Refried Beans
Lettuce
Tomato
Cotija Cheese
Avocado
Salsa of choice
Mayonaise
Jalapeño or Serano Chili Pepper
Oil for frying

Seasoning Blend
Cumin
Paprika
Pepper
Salt to taste
