In this video we are going to learn how to use Flip Horizontal/Vertical tool when editing sprites in Scratch.

This tool is useful when you want to "mirror" the sprite.
That means if your character horizontally points to the right, after using this tool it will point to the left.
Same goes for vertical - if it points to the top, after using this tool it will point to the bottom of the screen.
It is very simple but useful tool, especially when you make symmetrical drawings.

In our example, we use it to flip the Duck sprite horizontally, and then Rocket sprite vertically.
But don't stop there, pick some other sprites from Sprite Library and test it yourself.
Also try to select different parts of the sprite and flip those too, not only complete sprite itself.
