Diamonds & Balls, Burnishing Tools | Shop Made Tools

Описание к видео Diamonds & Balls, Burnishing Tools | Shop Made Tools

Burnishing with diamonds and balls, which is best? This is a comprehensive build of a Ball Burnishing Tool and a Diamond Burnishing Tool for the metal lathe.

I will build two roller burnishing tools and one diamond burnishing tool, then compare them and put the results under the microscope – literally!

I use three lathes, The TOOLMASTER, the COLCHESTER and the SHERATON for this project. There is also extensive milling to be done.

This build is inspired by khám phá và sáng tạo from his video.

Full credit and attribution are given to him for the design of the roller tool.
