September has finally arrived and immediately brought autumn with it which was a bit crap! We were hoping for two or three weeks of warm weather, but sadly that is now a distant memory. However work in the garden hasn't stopped and with many plants beginning to prematurely drop their leaves due to the drop in temperature the autumn tidy up has already started.
