Chef Abhiraj advised starting small and not investing your total fund at the beginning. Because of the hotel business requires modification, adjustment, and diversification to grave new opportunities. Then additional funds required graving newer opportunities. Therefore; do not invest your total fund at the beginning.

Maintaining the quality of food, hygiene protocol, and proper preservation of raw materials are also important for food quality and taste. There are some raw materials that could be preserved for a certain period and others have to be purchased every day in the hotel business. Therefore it’s important to procure every day and consume the same. The adoption and implementation of government standards and other directives are important to run the hotel business successfully.
