Different, refreshing summer breakfast on Bright Line Eating

This is a bit of an unusual food combination for breakfast on Bright Line Eating. Where I live in Florida, it’s been extra hot lately - so I just want something light, refreshing and filling. The quinoa flakes offer a bit more protein than the standard oats that most folks think of when considering breakfast grains, and most people forget about ricotta cheese as a protein. Also consider berries instead of bananas when you’re doing your breakfast. Give this Bright Line Eating breakfast recipe a try and let me know what you think in the comments below!

RECIPE:
2 oz ricotta cheese (1/2 protein)
1 oz no sugar PB (1/2 protein)
1 oz quinoa flakes (1 grain)
6 oz strawberries (1 fruit)
