In 2008 Gas prices shot through the sky as the financial crisis hit. And 100mpg scooters became a hot commodity. Phil was selling more scooters than he had ever sold before. But then he started to get customers bringing in "New scooters" for repairs and he saw that people were importing many different versions of the "Fling Poo" scooter. It was as horrible as horrible could get. So Phil took to a new media center, YouTube to let people know how bad these scooters were and to warn them not to buy them. These videos did not go over well with the snakes who were selling these scooters, so Phil was sued.. and later won... because who can defend the quality of poo?
