✔ The Poach Game – Most poaches are won on the second volley.
✔ Smart Positioning – Players at the back should use the middle of the court as much as possible.
✔ Effective Poaching – The majority of successful poaches go across the court or down the middle.

🔹 Pinch Drill – All 4 players at the net, attacking & controlling their box without crossing. First to 11.

🔹 Poach Drill – 2 at the baseline, 2 at the net, alternating poaches & playing out the point.

🔹 Overhead & Poach Drill – Net players switch between overheads & poaches with alternating feeds.

🔹 1 Forward, 1 Back Drill – One player at the net, one at the baseline. Poaching team gets 2 points per win.

🔹 Transition to the Net Drill – All players start at the baseline, attack a short ball, and finish at the net.
