Welcome back to N.O.A.TheExplorer! In this video, I talk about your rights as a patient, respectful treatment, and how to address concerns during your mental health treatment. You will learn about video recording policies, the involvement of family members, expectations, communication rights and discharge planning. After watching, you will know how healthcare professionals work to ensure a smooth transition from the hospital to continued care outside the hospital. We do not have a lot of mental health resources in this country and as mental health professionals, we try our best to work with the limited resources we have.
