Paste of 2 green chilly and 1 inch ginger
Salt - 1/2 Spoon
Turmeric - 1/4 Spoon
Hing - 2 Pinch
Sour Curd - 1 Cup
Hot water - 1 Cup
Oil - 1/2 Spoon
ENO - 1 Pouch (Lemon flavour)
Water

For Tadka
Oil- 2 spoons
mustard seeds - 1 spoon
green chilly - 1
Curry Leaves - 8
hing - 2 pinch
water - 3 spoons
Sugar - 1/2 Spoon

For Chutney:
2 green chilly
2 pieces ginger
Coriander - 1 Cup
Salt - 1/4 spoon
Lemon Juice - 1 spoon
Sugar - 1 Spoon
Water - 1/4 Cup
