This year we celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Graham Company and the distinguished legacy that Bill Graham created.

Graham Company was founded in 1950 by William A. Graham, III and was eventually incorporated in 1960, when the firm employed only six people. After graduating from Bucknell University in 1962, William "Bill" A. Graham, IV, came to work for his father at Graham Company as a sales representative. In 1968, when the agency was billing $520,000 of premium, he started purchasing company stock from his father.

Bill eventually became sole owner of Graham Company in 1972. Over the years that followed, he would grow the business to one of the largest agency and brokerage firms in the United States by revenue size.

We provide a full spectrum of products including Property & Casualty, Employee Benefits, Surety, Personal Lines, and more for an elite client base. We understand that for our clients, it’s not just about protecting your livelihood – it’s about protecting your legacy.

Graham Company became 100 percent employee-owned through an employee stock ownership plan in February 2017. Bill and the executive leadership team decided to make a smart investment in what makes us different – our people – to ensure that we are able to operate in perpetuity under the values that have served our clients so well for more than half a century.
