Pimmit Hills is a popular neighborhood due to it's location to McLean VA and Tysons Corner. Some areas of Pimmit Hills zone to McLean High School. Many homes in this neighborhood are new construction/tear downs.

Sherwood Neighborhood is located in Falls Church City and is close to everything. You can walk to the metro, shops, grocery stores. It's a very pedestrian friendly neighborhood.

Virginia Forest is a smaller neighborhood in Falls Church City. It's close to Falls Church city but it's not as walkable as Sherwood. However you have larger lot sizes in Virginia Forest.

Greenway Downs is in west Falls Church. It's a mix of property types. The lot sizes are smaller and is attractive for it's price point and community feel.

Lake Barcroft is an exclusive neighborhood with it's access to the lake, private beaches and privacy.
