Recipe for two:
~Salmon~
Hot pan with a little bit olive oil to cover the bottom.
Add salt and pepper

~Velouté sauce~
30 g. unsalted butter
2 shallots, finely sliced
200 ml white wine
200 ml Vegetable or Fish stock
250 ml Double cream
salt and pepper
Add parsley or dill at the end
(For more flavour I added Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce)
~ Serve ~
