Thule SnowPack 7324 Ski Carrier Installation & Loading Demonstration

The Thule SnowPack 7324 and Snowpack 7326 ski carriers are premium double hinged ski/snowboard racks for use on any style of roof top crossbar. They are perfect for use on cars, vans, trucks, SUVs, and crossover vehicles with factory or aftermarket roof top crossbars.

The biggest innovation in the SnowPack is the use of a vertical rear spring hinge to help level out the rack when closed, similar to the super popular Yakima FatCat series of ski racks. Compared to previous Thule ski and snowboard racks, the SnowPack series is designed to be as universal and easy to use as possible. For mounting hardware, you receive both Thule's super easy to use SpeedLink system (a rubber-coated steel strap for clamping around almost any crossbar) and T-track mounting hardware (with two height extensions) for a flush look into Thule AeroBlade bars and other T-slot styles of crossbar.

The release button on the end of the SnowPack is easier to use than ever with its large profile and intuitive "push up" movement. The rubber jaws of the rack have been overhauled with an offset design to make clamping simpler and lower profile.

The Thule 7324 SnowPack 4 is designed to carry up to 4 pairs of skis or 2 snowboards (base to base). We always recommend sizing up to the 6 pair carrier (the 7326 SnowPack 6) if you have the crossbar room, as modern skis and snowboards tend to be fatter and take up more room.
