This video is designed to foster Strength of Self, give anyone a Can-Do attitude, and a better understanding of their Personal Power.

Like all subliminal training videos it should be used once a day for a period of time, about 4 weeks, so the suggestions have time to build a consistent pattern in the subconscious mind. Sleeping overnight helps the mind integrate the new learning and is recommended.

For best effect it should be listened to privately. Headphones are not necessary, but can enhance the experience.

It is hypnotic and it is not recommended to be watched or listened to while doing any safety critical task, like driving or operating any machinery. Please do no do so in any situation where your safety may be affected.
