S3E19 Celso Neto

At Stripping the Dipping, we pride ourselves on sharing a broad range of perspectives from across the motorsport community.

Celso Neto currently sits 2nd in the TCX America touring car series, after a recent double victory at Road America.

In this episode, we find out about his path into motorsport in Brazil and the US - including racing cars on the day his driving license arrived - and his aspirations for the future.

Celso's dream is to be a full time professional racing driver and at time of writing, he is a finalist for the IMSA (‪@imsaofficial‬) Diverse Driver Development Scholarship. If successful, that would see him race in either IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge or IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge next season.

Celso just turned 20 and tells us what it was like to instruct his first cohort of students at the well renowned Skip Barber Motorsport School (‪@SkipBarberRacing‬).
