September 19th 2018 - The PlayStation Classic that I speculated on is now official and will be releasing on December 3rd. 5 games have been announced so far and this list is confirmed to have at least 2 of them :) And I was right on the money with the amount of games, 20.

This is just a fun what if on if Sony was to make a Playstation Classic to compete with Nintendo's NES and SNES Classic systems. The PS1 is one of the top selling systems and a lot of kids grew up with a PS1 in their living rooms and/or bedrooms. I pick out 20 games that I feel would be right at home on the system, bearing in mind licensing rights and etc to see what would be feasible.
