Two really exciting grinders from Turin right now, the DF64V with flat burrs, and the SK40 with conical burrs. I wanted to do a side by side flat vs conical burr comparison. It has been quite a while for me doing side by side. My flat burrs even ran a bit quick, but the richness and clarity is quite different from conical. Don't let this fool you, as both have their place on my coffee bar, they both serve different purposes and the espresso it made this morning was awesome!
