CUTTING Trees is illegal but BURNING Trees can be shown as an accident and this is what the video highlights. The video highlights various kinds of encroachments (Land/Bungalows/Slums) happening inside Aarey in Mumbai and the faces of a few suspected encroacher gangs as per the legal complaints filed and/or evidence recorded by local residents. This video report also has a call recording with the Mumbai Fire Brigade Officer who granted NOC to the Studios which are now built on the land after Forest Fire was shown as an accident.

The video is an evaluation report which compiles various details provided to Crimeophobia and we present the issues of complainants along with evidence, witnesses, informers and confessions of the same. Few individuals also preferred to conceal their names as the information was also linked to the underworld gangs.
