Bangladesh is a beautiful country. Birds have increased its beauty more. We sleep at night and rise very early in the morning hearing the sweet songs of different birds in Bangladesh. There are different types of birds in our beautiful country. They are different in color, size, and habit. They are divided into many classes. The crow is a teasing bird. It is a very common bird in Bangladesh. It is very clever. It looks ugly. Yet it is useful. It feeds on dead animals and dirty things. The kite is also known for the same habit and nature.The cuckoo, the shyama, the doel, the koel, the mayna, the nightingale, etc are known as songbirds. Among all the cuckoo is the most popular of all songbirds.
There are so many birds in our country. They are different in size, color, and habit. They eat collecting different kinds of food. Some of them eat fish & flesh, some live on warms and some live on cold. Again some eat fruits and grains, some live on filth and garbages. Birds are divided into many classes & categories. They are mainly teasing birds, songbirds, rapacious birds, game birds, migratory birds, tailor birds, etc.
There are many songbirds in Bangladesh. The bird cuckoo is the most popular of all songbirds in Bangladesh. It comes to Bangladesh at the beginning of the spring season. Small boys and girls try to mutate a cuckoo when it sings. It hides itself behind leaves. The shyma, the doel, the koel, and the baukatha-kao, the mghttngle are well-known songbirds. Doel is our national bird. The Mayna, the Chandana, the Parrot, the Cockatoo, and the martin are known as talking birds. People tame them or their sweet voice and they can talk like human beings if they are trained.
