After five years of silence, the underground of Prague is about to tremble again. Audiotrauma Fest, one of Europe’s most uncompromising celebrations of post-industrial and experimental electronics, returns to the city where its story once seemed to end.
From the beginning, Audiotrauma was never just a label — it was a fiercely DIY network of friends exchanging CD-Rs, photocopying sleeves at night, and staging basement shows. Out of that raw energy grew a festival that became a rallying point for those searching for sound outside the mainstream. The last Prague edition in 2020 felt like a farewell, unfolding on the final weekend before COVID silenced venues worldwide. Now, in 2025, Audiotrauma rises again

🎛️ SONIC AREA (FR)
With Arco Trauma, co-founder of Audiotrauma, every performance is a ritual in sound. As Sonic Area, he crafts vast electronic architectures where ambience collides with technoid shockwaves. His latest album And Shadow (Audiotrauma/Ant-Zen) sharpens his minimalist vision into something colder yet deeply human — a rare artist who makes experimental music cinematic and intimate all at once.

🎛️ STATIQBLOOM (US/DE)
From Brooklyn’s shadows, Fade Kainer’s Statiqbloom distills corroded synths, relentless EBM pulses, and ghostly vocals into dystopian industrial anthems. Albums like Blue Moon Blood and Threat chart neon-lit paranoia, while on stage Statiqbloom transforms into a feral presence — an uncompromising vision of the cyberpunk now.

🎛️ IMMINENT (BE)
Belgium’s Olivier Moreau has been reshaping rhythmic noise since the ’90s. As Imminent, he builds seismic structures of bass and distortion, only to tear them down with gleeful force. Nord and Human Dislocation remain genre landmarks; live, his sound is a visceral shockwave — both disciplined and destructive.

French duo Mathieu Caudron & Xavier Guionie forge catharsis out of rhythm and violence. Their albums Necessary Violences and Postmodern Therapy channel primal urgency through industrial precision. Known for convulsive, trance-like live shows, Moaan Exis don’t just perform — they burn.

🎛️ M.A.C. OF MAD (CZ)
Czech industrial veterans M.A.C. OF MAD return with venom. Formed in the ’90s, they fuse digital hardcore, industrial metal, and punk defiance into corrosive anthems. Their 2025 release Keep Music Evil marks both their rebirth and Audiotrauma’s, proving that music can still be dangerous.

At just 21, Vojta Líba has turned Bunkerer into one of the most uncompromising new names in Czech industrial. Born from encounters with Nitzer Ebb and raised in DIY punk spaces, his vision fuses noise-ridden electro-punk with anti-totalitarian grit. Albums like Krev, Pot + Železobeton and Kontrolní Orgán channel the industrial legacy of Kladno into raw, feral energy. On stage, Bunkerer becomes an improvised ritual of masks, projections, and crushing electronics — claustrophobic, visceral, and unrelenting.
