This little dog was starving to death near the highway. He was in severe stage of malnutrition. His body only skin and bones.
What broke my heart is when I approached him. He turned his head and showed me gratitude and affection
His sanctuary was under a billboard, surrounded by loneliness and suffering. It was a miracle, Being alive exposed to the heat of the sun, the rain and the cold nights lying down on the concrete sidewalk..
