Le miel est un aliment vivant, plein d'energie, quand il n'est pas pasteurisé. (helas, les miels du commerce sont pasteurises...!) Il est comparable aux fruits, avec cet avantage qu'il se conserve très bien durant des années. C'est même le produit alimentaire qui, dans des conditions adéquates, se conserve le mieux et le plus longtemps.
Mais ce qu'il y a de remarquable, c'est qu'il a le pouvoir d'entretenir la vie et une petite expérience le met en évidence : les graines des plantes et des arbres ont un pouvoir germinatif limité dans le temps. Au bout de 2, 3, 4, 5 ans selon les espèces, elles ne peuvent plus germer. Eh bien ces mêmes graines, mettons-les dans du miel : 20 ans après, vous les ferez germer ( l'expérience a été faite ) et bien au-delà même. Et c'est ainsi que l'on a retrouvé du blé égyptien dans les pyramides. Il était complètement pris dans du miel cristallisé. 30 siècles après on en a fait germer. Le miel a le pouvoir d'entretenir la vie et la pleine forme, bon pour la relaxation et se ressourcer, attention, ce n'est pas de l'autogerison.... mais l'apiculture c'est excellent pour les loisirs et les vacances.
